With over 20 years of experience, he has led the design and delivery of enterprise data platforms, automation systems, and analytics solutions across industries including water, wastewater, energy, and federal programs.
Prior to joining West Yost, Micah served as a Product Owner leading a 40-person multidisciplinary team, including software developers, data engineers, GIS specialists, instrumentation and controls engineers, database administrators, QA teams, and technical writers—to develop and scale an enterprise data platform supporting complex operational environments. Under his leadership, the platform evolved from a small initiative into a large-scale production system delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, safety, and data-driven decision-making.
At West Yost, Micah leads enterprise data strategy and implementation, including development of centralized data platforms, automated data pipelines, and governance frameworks. His work focuses on helping organizations move from disconnected spreadsheets and manual processes to scalable, well-governed data environments that improve operational visibility, reduce risk, and support long-term planning.
