Kevin Swazas is Vice President and Manager of the West Yost
Construction Management Program. He is a 31-year veteran of the
engineering industry with experience in design, plant
engineering, and construction management for water,
wastewater, and stormwater facilities. In addition to being a
California-licensed Professional Engineer, Kevin is a Certified
Construction Manager.

newsletters, and brochures. As a facilitator, Dianne works with
technical and non-technical teams providing planning,
preparation, and facilitation for meetings, workshops, seminars,
conferences, and technical focus groups.
