years of civil and environmental engineering experience. He has
been responsible for project or program management of numerous

Bruce has been responsible for many city-wide sewer and water
master plans, facilities plans, and designs of wastewater
treatment systems up to 200 mgd in capacity; wastewater
reclamation projects; and a variety of specialty studies related
to wastewater collection, treatment, and disposal.

and communications experience. As West Yost’s Marketing
Director, she oversees the company’s pursuits, branding, and
events. Dianne’s expertise covers a broad range of
communication topics from facilitation to technical writing, and
production of collateral materials, including web sites,
newsletters, and brochures. As a facilitator, Dianne works with
technical and non-technical teams providing planning,
preparation, and facilitation for meetings, workshops, seminars,
conferences, and technical focus groups.
