Polly Boissevain, PE
Polly Boissevain has been West Yost’s chief engineer since 2017. As chief engineer, she coordinates and champions the implementation of technical programs, tools, and protocols to improve West Yost’s technical skills and knowledge. She leads the Engineering Resources Program, which has 11 area leaders for the core technical skill areas, to enhance technical skills and competencies, keep up with state-of-the-art technical practices, and implement best practices to improve project execution and project deliverables. She had been the Knowledge Management lead for West Yost since 2014. She is an expert in distribution system master planning and water system hydraulic modeling. Polly has been a California-registered professional civil engineer since 1983 and an Oregon-registered professional civil engineer since 2005. She joined West Yost in 2009.
