West Yost is providing construction management for construction
of a new cast-in-place concrete structure adjacent to the
existing headworks while keeping the existing headworks
operational.
West Yost was recently selected to provide construction
management services for the City of Modesto’s $100 million Phase
2 Biological Nitrogen Removal/Tertiary Treatment Project. West
Yost has completed the constructability review of contract
documents. Phase 2 work will include construction of a new
advanced secondary treatment and tertiary treatment facilities
within the footprint of the existing secondary plant.
West Yost provided design and construction management
services to expand the existing 14-Mile Slough Pump Station
(14-MSPS) by nearly 700%. This project represents one of the
largest trench-style wetwell pump stations in California. The
award-winning pump station upgrade increased reliable pumping
capacity from 3.75 mgd to 14 mgd, and with a buildout capacity of
22.5 mgd.
Mountain House’s Wastewater Treatment Plant was built in three
phases and completed by means of a design-build project
delivery method. West Yost provided full-time, onsite
construction management services for all three phases of the
project, which consisted of a new and subsequently
expanded WWTP, civil/site work, roadways, utilities, and
appurtenant facilities.
West Yost assisted the City with a design-build for a $14 million
project to extend sewer lines to an undeveloped area in northeast
Stockton. West Yost served as the City’s representative to
complete 30 percent design, right of way acquisition, design
build team procurement, and construction management
services. Construction management services included all
contract administration, full-time onsite construction
monitoring, and all closeout activities.
